Monteverde & Associates PC Files Class Action Lawsuit On Behalf Of Shareholders Of IXYS Corporation In The Northern District Of California Wed, 22 Nov 2017 00:01:00 +0000 NEW YORK, Nov. 21, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Notice is hereby given that Monteverde & Associates PC has filed a class action lawsuit in the United States District Court For The Northern District California, case no. 17-cv-06441, on behalf of shareholders of IXYS Corporation, ("IXYS" or the "Company") (IXYS) who held IXYS securities and have been harmed by IXYS and its board of directors' (the "Board") for alleged violations of Sections 14(a), and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the "Exchange Act") in connection with the sale of the Company to Littelfuse, Inc. Under the terms of the agreement, IXYS shareholder will receive (i) 23.00 in cash (subject to applicable withholding tax), without interest (referred to as the cash consideration), or (ii) 0.1265 of a share of common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of Littelfuse (referred to as the stock consideration and together with the cash consideration, the merger consideration) (the "Merger Consideration").
