Q: Hello

As a new subscriber I wonder what is your investment/trading strategy for bear market. I understand and I like your strategy for bull market but what is the game plan for some possible(inevitable) bear market condition.

Looking for "opposite" of EPS/RS or staying in cash?

A: Hi,

In bear markets, we try and use the short signals provided on our Top Picks Portfolio page - you can see the SHORT rules we follow on this page.

However, shorting is more difficult than going long, so we are extra cautious, i.e., take smaller positions.
