Just curious do you use or advocate the use of oscillators in your stock selection and if so which ones do you like best -thanks,

A: Hi,

The only oscillator we use is the 8-week Wilder RSI, mainly as a secondary indicator to confirm a breakdown in technicals. Usually our support/resistance and accumulation distribution analysis in conjunction with the price/volume action of a stock gives us enough detail on how the stock is behaving. We rarely rely on stochastics, MACD crossovers, bollinger bands and the like.
