Q: I've done a lot of stock research but have a hard time not trading in and out too much, hope you all can teach me some patience.

A: We use our alerts to spot when things are not going well - new highs on reduced volume, high volume sell-offs, 50 day MA violations, etc. If these aren't triggered, our goal is to try and hold as long as we can. We truly believe the big money is made by holding 3-, 6- or 9-months if at all possible.
