A: Hi,
I hope these two points address your concerns:
1. We don't have automatic renewals. You receive a reminder e-mail 1 week before your subscription expires, and then you have to use your credit card to subscribe again for 3, 6 or 12 months.
2. We don't keep your credit card on file. In fact, we never see your credit card number, only the transaction and amount paid.
